On the 21ste of June I traveled to London to cover a business event for an international education company that held a big congres on hip and knee surgery. The congres took place at the Hilton London metropole hotel. It was one of the bigger business events that I had covered so far. A lot surgeons traveled from all over the world to learn about the new trends in their field.
The congres took place over 3 days. On the first day I set down with the organization to talk about the delivery of the photos and how they could use the content during the event to create more exposure. After this was arrange it was time to start shooting. There were 2 different areas I had to cover. The areas where about 300 meter apart. But lucky I had brought my most comfortable shoes in which I still looked presentable.
On the second day of the event there was a dinner event at the top floor of the Hilton hotel. Where there was a beautiful view of the skyline of London.
On the 3rd day of the event all the surgeons were invited for a conference dinner at a different venue in downtown London. The guests where transferred with old school busses. Here the guest could enjoy top quality food while getting to know the rest of there colleagues. It was hard work and not a lot of sleep. But I loved the challenge of non-stop working for 3 days straight.
